Wellness Spending Account (Taxable)
The Wellness Spending Account (taxable) is solely for UWOFA and UWOFA Librarians and Archivists Plan Members who have allocated flex credits to the WSA. No payment will be made for items or services purchased and submitted for family members.
The expanded WSA offering includes several new eligible expense categories, such as pet insurance, veterinary fees, daycare expenses, vacation expenses, banking fees, and home and car insurance.
Manulife Financial administers the Wellness Spending Account. Before you purchase a service or item listed below, please contact Manulife at 1-866-896-8515 for any claim requirements.
