Manulife Benefits Login
Please use the link below to log into your personal Manulife account. To login as a registered member, you will need your Manulife Plan contract number (87220), your Member certificate number (this is the employee number found on your Western ONECard) and your password.
Not yet registered? To register for online access go to the Manulife website to setup your Manulife ID or connect your Western coverage to your established Manulife ID.

Once registered, you may login to view the status of your most recent claims, submit online claims, review your claim history, download a digital benefits card, download claim forms, check your HCSA and WSA balances (if applicable), lookup drug eligibility, set up direct deposit and access the Manulife Wellness Centre.
Mobile App: Once you've registered you can also install the Manulife mobile app for your smartphone or tablet so you may submit and review claims on the go. The mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, Google Play or the Windows Store.
