Financial Wellness Resources

Learning how to make sound financial decisions and take action takes a bit of time, but that investment of time can pay dividends for you and your family. It can pave the way to financial security that can support your life and family goals, such as saving for education and retirement, and it can also help avoid pitfalls such as unmanageable debt or poor credit.

The resources in the table on this page have been chosen to help you increase your “financial literacy” so that you can plan for a stable financial future. These resources are just a beginning! You will find many other resources online.  You may also wish to consult with a professional from Sun Life or TELUS Health (see below) or speak to an independent financial consultant.
